HVG Law has advised BACU on the acquisition of all shares in HEMA Bakkerijen

Transaction

HEMA Bakkerijen has been supplying pastries and other (pastry) bakery products to HEMA through bakeries throughout the Netherlands for over 20 years.

 

BACU, located in Uden, has grown over the past century into a major industrial bakery company, employing approximately 550 employees to supply 700 stores with bread and pastries on a daily basis. Jumbo is an important customer.
