Pierre de Jonge Casino’s is originally a family-owned business, operating five amusement arcades in Breda (two locations), Rijen, Dongen and Etten-Leur.

With this acquisition, NOVOMATIC strengthens its position in the Dutch gaming arcade market, expects to realise economies of scale and aims to better leverage synergies across its various activities. The transaction is in line with NOVOMATIC’s broader growth strategy in a market that has become increasingly challenging in recent years.
