HVG Law advised ITQ Group B.V. (ITQ) on the acquisition of CAM IT Solutions B.V. (CAM IT) from KPN

Transaction

ITQ acquired all shares in CAM IT on 29 December from KPN. ITQ expands its MSP-business with the acquisition of CAM IT.

ITQ is an IT-consulting company with a focus on the entire VMware product portfolio and the provision of professional, support and managed services.
