The acquisition concerns the four branches of Orange Motors and the two branches of Orange Schade.

Like Louwman, Orange Motors is a family business with a rich history. The foundation of Orange Motors was set by the automotive companies P.A. van der Kooij (1934) and Eef & Huub (1978). When these companies merged in 2014, the bodyshops were renamed Orange Schade.
