Transaction

Massilly Holding SAS has acquired the assets of the tin business of Hoffmann Neopac AG (Switzerland) and 100% of the shares in its Dutch subsidiary CM Packaging B.V. (Dronten, the Netherlands). HVG Law has assisted Massilly Holding SAS with the Dutch part of the transaction.
