Ernst & Young Participaties B.V. has acquired all shares in Bluefield Finance B.V. Bluefield will be integrated into EY’s Finance Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) service line.

Bluefield specialises in delivering financial transformations, with expertise in management information, streamlining and automating financial processes, transforming the finance function, and project management. In addition, Bluefield holds a strong position in the private equity segment, a market where speed, predictability and scalability are essential.

This acquisition enables EY to offer clients even greater benefits from the global All in strategy launched last year. Organisations face choices that are becoming increasingly complex while at the same time can no longer be postponed. Transformations follow one another at a rapid pace and influence each other.
