Delta Logistiek B.V. and Distributie Partners Logistiek B.V. are specialized in the transport and delivery of pharmaceutical and veterinary products throughout the Netherlands and are the largest independent logistics B2B solution provider in this field.

Pursuant to this transaction, the shares in both Delta Logistiek B.V. and Distributie Partners Logistiek B.V. are sold to the AMP Group. The AMP Group specializes in the transport and safe delivery of valuable and fraud-sensitive products, such as telephones, medicines and passports.

The strong position of Delta Logistiek in medical B2B logistics is supplementary to the B2C services offered by the AMP Group which fully unburdens customers through innovative service offerings.
