Acquisition of Maastricht Aachen Airport B.V.

The shareholders of Maastricht Aachen Airport B.V. have indicated their desire to terminate the concession agreement for the airport because the growth potential did not meet their ambitions.

Due to the importance of the airport, it was decided to terminate the concession agreement amicably.

NV Holding Businesspark Luchthaven Maastricht (HBLM), of which the Province Limburg is the 100% shareholder, did acquire the shares in Maastricht Aachen Airport B.V.
