HVG Law and EY PAS will organize a Round Table session on EU Posted Worker Directive
Our world is experiencing rapid change at an unprecedented speed, and you need to get the right people, with the right capabilities, doing the right things, in the right place, at the right costs. Business travel management and compliance has long been a pain point, with a lack of internal stakeholder ownership or oversight. Ongoing intensification of the EU Posted Worker Directives has triggered new compliance requirements, meaning that you need to be prepared to ensure that your employer obligations are met.
The central theme of this Round Table session will, therefore, be the EU Posted Worker Directives (PWD). As announced recently, the Dutch notification obligation for posted workers will be obligatory as of March 1, 2020. This means that foreign employers from countries within the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland who have a temporary posting in the Netherlands, should report details of these postings to the Dutch authorities through the online notification portal. During the Round Table session, we will guide you through the scope of the Directives, latest updates regarding the challenges of the Directives and of course also the Dutch notification specifics. We will also show how EY may be able to assist you with complying with the PWD obligations and how this can benefit your organization.
