Eurofins Agro Test­ing Wagen­in­gen B.V.

HVG Law advised the Eurofins Agro Testing Wageningen B.V. on the acquisition of all shares in Nutrilab Agro B.V.

Transaction

Eurofins Agro Testing Wageningen B.V. acquires 100% of the shares in Nutrilab Agro B.V. from Nutrilab B.V. and Weijmeer Holding B.V. This acquisition strengthens the service offering of Eurofins Agro Testing Wageningen B.V. in the Netherlands in the field of sampling and (laboratory) testing of, among others, soil, forage, manure, and water and significantly contributes to the further development of Nutrilab Agro B.V.
