The Muller Group sells all its shares in the capital of Breakwater B.V. to Boluda Holding Malta Limited. Breakwater B.V. is part of Muller Group, a family business with over 100 years of experience in towage, offshore and heavy transport. The Muller Group operates its own fleet of tugs and barges and provides a range of related maritime services. The acquisition by Boluda brings together two maritime businesses with complementary activities and expertise in towage and offshore.
