HVG Law had the pleasure to assist REMONDIS in the acquisition of  the environmental activities of Baetsen Groep.

REMONDIS strengthened its market position in Noord-Brabant and Limburg by means of this acquisition. Approximately 200 employees will be working for REMONDIS. The transaction is subject to receipt of approval by the Authority for Consumers and Markets.
