HVG Law advises sustainable energy supplier Greenchoice on the acquisition of green energy company Qurrent.
Greenchoice takes over 100% of the shares in Qurrent from Stichting DOEN, the charity Lotteries fund, which is behind Qurrent as the initiator.
The transaction is subject to final approval by the competition authority.
