Joska is a member of the expertise Corporate M&A.  She focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and restructuring.

Expertise

Joska specializes in Dutch and cross-border M&A transactions (including joint ventures and other types of partnerships).  She represents both private equity companies and strategic partners.  In the private equity sector, Joska worked with multiple private equity firms, including H2 Equity Partners, Torqx Capital Partners, BC Partners and JAC Capital.

The combination of her experience as a lawyer and in-house counsel enables Joska to act as a true business partner and solve issues for her clients in a practical manner.

Additional information

Joska obtained her LLM degree in 2013 from Erasmus University Rotterdam.  In addition, Joska attended the University of Glasgow.

Prior to joining HVG Law in 2019, Joska practiced law with the M&A department of Houthoff in their Rotterdam office for over five years and worked as legal counsel for Rijk Zwaan in De Lier for two years.

Joska was readmitted to the bar in 2021.
