Expertise

Jacqueline has many years of experience in the energy sector. She advises national and international companies in the sector on cross-border acquisitions, energy-related contracts such as PPAs and gas supply contracts, disputes and regulatory issues including REMIT and the development of sustainable energy projects, including onshore and offshore wind, solar, biomass and biofuels. She has experience in coordinating large projects and thereby engaging and managing teams and external advisors.

Jacqueline regularly publishes on current topics in energy law. She is a member of the Dutch Association for Energy Law (NeVER).
