Quinty joined HVG Law in January 2022 and specializes in corporate law and related notarial law. Quinty is part of the Corporate M&A and Corporate restructuring expertise.
Expertise
Among other things, Quinty provides advice to large and medium-sized companies in the areas of (cross-border) mergers and acquisitions, share transfers, liquidations, setting up (inter)national corporate structures, drafting and amending articles of association and (inter)national restructurings.
