HVG Law has advised Angca Holland on the sale of all shares in J.J. Boekestijn Electrotechniek to HCTS

Transaction

Boekestijn Electrotech, an experienced installer in greenhouse horticulture and commercial facilities, has joined HCTS. HCTS, formerly known as Horticoop Technical Services, is an installation partner for high-tech horticulture companies. HCTS provides complete installations and automation solutions.

 

Through the transaction, HCTS and Boekestijn Electrotech strengthen their collaboration and position within the Dutch greenhouse horticulture sector. Both parties will continue to operate independently.
