HVG Law advised VCSW on the sale of a minority interest to De Goudse Verzekeringen in order to establish a successful collaboration between both parties.

Founder of VCSW, Dennis Verduin, will remain connected as CEO.  It is his ambition to achieve further growth in the coming years by optimizing synergies between VCSW and De Goudse Verzekeringen.
