HVG Law advised Eurofins Environment Testing on the acquisition of the asbestos research business of the private equity backed Sansidor-group.

The legal entities in which operate the asbestos activities, being Stella Analyse BV, PLM Laboratorium Services B.V., Dia-Go B.V. en Stella Analyse GmbH, are now part of the Eurofins-group.

The Eurofins-group is one of the biggest laboratory networks of Europa. With this deal Eurofins Environment Testing strengthens its leading market position in the field of asbestos testing, analysis and release reporting.
