HVG Law has assisted De Jong Verpakking B.V. and a number of her Dutch and foreign group companies in the EUR 75,000,000 refinancing by a syndicate of banks consisting of Rabobank, ING Bank and ABN AMRO Bank, provided to support the company’s activities and further growth.
