Integrity issues

A number of financial institutions have been passively or actively involved in scandals in which integrity played a role in some form (for example bribery and / or conflict of interest). We can assist financial institutions in investigating and handling incidents and scandals. We also advise in adequate procedures and measures to actively manage risks like bribery and conflict of interest. Creating the right culture and awareness is part of that.
