Incident handling and reporting

Incidents which occur within a pension fund or within an outsourcing party of the pension fund must be reported to the Dutch Central Bank (De Nederlandsche Bank) and, in case of a data breach, to the Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). AP (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). Pension funds are required to have a policy in place regarding the procedures and measures for the handling and reporting of such incidents. Our team is highly experienced in drafting incidents policies, assisting in the investigation of incidents, handling and reporting of incidents and in the communication with supervisory authorities.
