Background

Frank Zandee is part of HVG Law’s Corporate Transformation team. Frank served as Talent Leader for HVG Law and held various roles on the HVG Law Board between 1 July 2018 and 1 July 2026, including the role of Managing Partner from 1 July 2022 to 1 July 2026. Since 2024, Frank has also been a member of the EY Law Global Board.

Expertise

Frank advises and provides expert assistance for mostly medium-sized and large (international) enterprises on a variety of corporate law issues, such as:

• (cross border) restructuring projects
• carve-out projects
• mergers and acquisitions
• corporate governance
• company and contract law

Additional information

Frank graduated in business law from the Erasmus University Rotterdam.

In 2005 he completed the postdoctoral specialisation program Corporate Structures of the Grotius Academy cum laude.
