On April 4, 2019, the Dutch Fin­ance Min­is­ter has pub­lished a legis­lat­ive pro­pos­al con­cern­ing the imple­ment­a­tion of a Dutch UBO-register.

Fol­low­ing the imple­ment­a­tion of the UBO-legis­la­tion, it will be man­dat­ory to register CV’s with no busi­ness activ­it­ies in the Neth­er­lands with the trade register of the Dutch Cham­ber of Com­merce as well.
