Demi joined HVG Law in 2023 within the Insolvency & Restructuring expertise.

Expertise

Demi mainly specializes in (international) corporate law and insolvency law.

In addition, Demi is regularly appointed by the District Court of Amsterdam as bankruptcy trustee and assists in the settlement of bankruptcies of fellow bankruptcy trustees.

Additional information

Demi graduated in August 2023 with honours from the University of Leiden with a master’s degree in Dutch Corporate Law. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Law with a specialisation in business studies.

During the COVID-19 pandamic, Demi participated in a study by Leiden University, which investigated the impact of the crisis on entrepreneurs and the measures they took as a result thereof.

Demi is a member of the Dutch Association of Young Insolvency Practitioners.
