HVG Law advised Curae Management on the acquisition of various residential care centres situated across the Netherlands.

In some cases, existing (monumental) real estate will be converted into residential care centres, in other cases, new residential care centres will be built.

The locations were purchased on a Turnkey basis. Curae Management leases the residential care centres to healthcare institutions.
