Octavia obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Law at Erasmus University Rotterdam and subsequently completed seven additional notarial law courses at Leiden University. In 2025, she completed the Master’s programme in Notarial Law at Leiden University. Since 2025, Octavia has been working as a Candidate Civil Law Notary at HVG Law.
