Nicky ten Bokum specialises in employment law, after having gained experience in the area of corporate law, with a particular affinity to company law.
Nicky advises in the area of employment law and specialises in:

- Procedural employment law;
- Corporate litigation;
- Harmonization of terms of employment during mergers and acquisitions;
- Unlawful competition;
- Employment law in the healthcare sector.
Nicky graduated in private law from the University of Leiden in 1992. Nicky has worked for law offices such as Holla Poelman Advocaten in Eindhoven and Van Riet & Associees in Utrecht and she was an in-house lawyer at Van Gansewinkel Groep B.V. Nicky joined HVG Law in The Hague in 2006, where she heads the employment law section.
In 2003, Nicky has successfully completed the post-doctoral specialisation programme Corporate Law at the Grotius Academy. In 2009 she successfully completed the post-doctoral specialisation programme Employment Law.
