Martijn Udo de Haes is active in the international corporate law practice. He is currently working at the Dutch Legal Desk of Donahue & Partners LLP in New York.
Martijn advises and counsels financial institutions and large (international) companies in the following areas:
- (International) financing and financing structures
- Legal opinions
- Investment institutions
- (International) issues of bonds and shares/flotations
- OTC derivatives
- Cash pooling
- Supervision regulations in respect of the financial markets, stock institutions and credit institutions
- Option schemes
In 2002 Martijn graduated cum laude from the University of Utrecht, specialising in civil law/corporate law. Martijn joined HVG Law in February 2002 and has worked successively at the corporate law practice in Rotterdam and the banking and securities law practice in Amsterdam. Since 2008 Martijn has been working at the Dutch Legal Desk of Donahue & Partners LLP in New York.
In 2006 Martijn completed the postdoctoral specialisation programme Securities Law at the Grotius Academy cum laude. Martijn is a member of the Securities Law Association (Vereniging voor Effectenrecht).
