Expertise

Lisa is, among other things, involved in advising companies on national and international mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, commercial agreements, corporate governance, company law and general law of obligations.

Additional information

Before starting her legal studies, Lisa completed her Bachelor’s degree Business Administration in 2021 at Avans University of Applied Sciences in Breda. She subsequently completed her Bachelor’s degree in Law with a specialization in Business Law in 2024, followed by a Master’s degree in Business Law at Tilburg University in 2025.

After completing her internship at HVG Law, Lisa continued to work within the Corporate M&A practice group until her graduation. In addition, Lisa gained experience during her studies at another law firm and a notary office.
