Dewi joined HVG Law in May 2026 and works within the Corporate M&A practice.

Expertise

Dewi advises and assists large and medium-sized companies on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, restructurings, general contract and obligations law, and other corporate law matters.

Additional information

Dewi obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Law from Leiden University in 2024, where she also completed her Master’s degree in Corporate Law in 2025. In addition, she obtained a Master’s degree in Criminal Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2026.

Dewi worked as a working student at various law firms, including HVG Law.
