The European Commission recently published its proposed revised Payment Services package.
The published proposals support payments and data-driven innovation with the consumer at the heart. The proposals aim to improve consumer protection and support competition in electronic payments, as well as enabling a wider range of personalised financial products based on consumers choosing to share their data securely.
