HVG Law advised the management of Zwart Techniek on their reinvestment in the context of the acquisition by Seven2. Seven2 will acquire a majority stake in Zwart Techniek, a leading Dutch integrator of mission-critical power systems for data centers, vital and public infrastructure, and power-critical enterprises across Europe.

 

Over the past four years, Zwart Techniek has doubled its revenue to €130 million, expanded into eleven countries, and grown its team to 160 professionals distributed across locations in IJmuiden, Houten, and Frankfurt. Through its partnership with Seven2, Zwart Techniek will accelerate its growth trajectory and further consolidate its leadership position in Europe.

 

In the coming years, Zwart Techniek will focus on accelerating its pan-European expansion by broadening both its portfolio and market presence, organically and through targeted acquisitions.
