Expertise

Amir advises medium-sized and large enterprises on mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law, (international) restructurings, general contract and obligations law, management participation structures, and private equity transactions.

Additional information

Amir graduated from the Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2025, where he obtained his LL.B. in Law and LL.M. in Corporate Law.

During his studies, Amir was active for multiple study associations and completed several internships at law firms.
