Max has been working in the Corporate M&A practice since 2025.

Expertise

Max advises large and mid-sized companies on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, (international) restructurings, general contract law and the law of obligations, management participations and private equity transactions.

Additional information

Max graduated from Radboud University Nijmegen in June 2025, where he completed the master’s programme in Corporate Law.

During his studies, Max was also committed to community engagement. He was active as a legal aid volunteer and served as secretary at a local legal aid clinic. In addition, Max gained practical experience through various internships, including at HVG Law.
