Leanne joined HVG Law in 2022 within the Insolvency & Restructuring expertise.

Expertise

Leanne mainly specializes in (international) corporate law and insolvency law.

In addition, Leanne is regularly appointed by the District Court of Amsterdam as bankruptcy trustee and assists in the settlement of bankruptcies of fellow bankruptcy trustees.

Additional information

Leanne graduated from the University of Utrecht in 2019, with a bachelor’s degree in Law and a master’s degree in Dutch Private Law with a specialization in commercial property law.

Before Leanne joined HVG Law, she worked as Legal Counsel at a medium-sized leasing company for two years.

Leanne is a member of the Dutch Association of Young Insolvency Practitioners.

Furthermore, in 2025, Leanne successfully completed the postgraduate specialization training in Insolvency Law for Trustees.
