On March 26, 2025, the draft bill on gender pay transparency was published. The bill contains important measures to ensure pay transparency. The law must come into force by June 7, 2026. It is important for every employer to examine now to what extent the organization already complies with the new requirements and to take measures to be ready for the obligations, including possible reporting obligations.
