HVG Law had the pleasure to assist Zandink B.V. (part of the Smink-group) in the acquisition of the Eeltink-group. By means of this acquisition Zandink broadens its sand trade activities in the region of Nijkerk. Ben Eeltink will remain active for the company in the upcoming period.
