Background

Tamara joined the notarial practice of HVG Law in 2014 as a senior paralegal in the area of corporate law.

She assists in incorporations, amendments to articles of association, share transfers, and (cross-border) mergers, and carries out legalisation work.

Tamara also specialises in dissolutions of private limited companies.
