Patrick Schipper works in the Real estate and Government practice group and specialises in property development, construction law, real estate transactions and tenant law.
He focuses, inter alia, on drawing up and assessing contracts and he assists building and real estate parties during the process of creation, implementation, completion and sale of construction and real estate projects. In addition, he represents clients in procedural matters such as preliminary relief proceedings, proceedings on the merits and arbitration proceedings (for instance at the Dutch Arbitration board for the building industry).
Patrick has specific knowledge in the field of CE marking of construction products.
Patrick graduated from the Radboud University of Nijmegen in civil (procedural) law and criminal law in 2010. In 2008, he studied for a semester at Stockholms Universitet in Sweden. Patrick joined a middle-sized law firm in Nijmegen in 2010, where he worked in the construction practice up to and including 2016.
Patrick is a member of the Construction Law Association (VBR), the Association of young real estate lawyers (VJOJ) and the Construction Society of Midden Gelderland.
Patrick has published several articles in trade journals for the construction and real estate sector.
