Luuk van Deutekom has been a lawyer at HVG Law since 2019 and works within the expertise Corporate M&A.

Expertise

Luuk primarily focusses on national and international corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and complex contractual partnerships, franchising and outsourcing processes.

Luuk also has ample experience in advising start and scale-ups on a broad range of subjects including i) the efficient organization of its share capital, ii) drafting and negotiating term sheets for investments and iii) drafting of shareholder agreements.

Additional information

Luuk graduated cum laude from Tilburg University with a Master’s in Business Law. Luuk’s thesis was focused on corporate social responsibility.
